It’s generally recommended to send wedding invitations 8-10 weeks before the event. For destination weddings, however, giving guests more notice is helpful. Sending them 4-5 months in advance allows everyone time to plan accordingly. Give guest at least 30 days or less to respond to your invitation to prepare your final numbers with your vendors. RSVP's can be tallied by mail, wedding webpage responses, email, phone or text.
To inquire about designing your stationery, please contact me by email. I will promptly respond to all inquiries, usually within 24-48 hours. I can also be reached via phone or text. Of course, I am also always willing to meet in person; if local. We will discuss your vision for your wedding/event stationery, budget and additional items for day of.
Following the consultation, I will prepare a proposal with the items selected along with a contract for retainer. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to begin the order process. No orders will be processed without a retainer and signed contract. Once the retainer is received, I will create the design and send an electronic mock-up.
You will have the opportunity to make grammatical and design changes to the proofs until you are satisfied. Any revisions that alter the original design are subject to additional charges. Signature and date approval must be submitted before printing begins. We will not be responsible for errors after approved and printed. An additional fee will be incurred for reprints. This may delay your delivery time.
Printing and assembly is started based on dates agreed upon when order was placed. Rush orders will require an additional fee.
Local orders can be personally delivered at an agreed location or picked up. If not local, all orders are shipped via FedEx. Tracking numbers are provided once shipped.
We will finalize numbers for wedding day stationery: ceremony programs, menus, bar napkins, signage, etc.
